1. About Us
Miraxer is a trading name of Waseem Ahmad Khan, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@miraxer.com.
2. The Service
Miraxer is a software platform that lets businesses connect their own Facebook Pages and send messages to people who have previously messaged those Pages, through Facebook's official Messenger Platform. You are responsible for how you use the service and for the content of the messages you send.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Miraxer lawfully and in line with Facebook's policies. You must NOT:
- Send spam, deceptive, illegal, hateful, or harassing content.
- Message people who have not interacted with your Page, or otherwise violate Facebook's messaging rules.
- Misuse Facebook message tags or attempt to bypass Facebook's platform policies.
- Use the service to break any applicable law or third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your messages comply with Facebook's policies and all applicable laws. Violations may lead to suspension of your account.
5. Free Trial & Credits
New accounts receive a limited number of free trial messages. Message credits are consumed as you send messages. Trial credits have no cash value and may expire.
6. Plans, Payments & Renewals
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Paddle.
- Each plan includes a set number of messages per 30-day period.
- When your plan expires, sending is paused until you renew.
- Prices are shown in US Dollars and may be updated with reasonable notice.
7. Refunds
Because message credits are delivered digitally and consumed immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@miraxer.com and we will review your case fairly.
8. Facebook / Meta
Miraxer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Your use of Facebook features is also subject to Facebook's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes Facebook makes to its platform that may affect the service.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep Miraxer available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend the service when necessary.
10. Termination
You may stop using Miraxer and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Facebook's policies, or where required by law.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miraxer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any action taken by Facebook against your Page or account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Miraxer after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
