1. Free Trial First
Every new account receives 1,000 free messages, with no card required. We encourage you to use your free trial to make sure Miraxer is right for your business before you pay anything. This is the best way to avoid needing a refund at all.
2. Subscription Payments
Miraxer plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan gives you a set number of message credits for a 30-day period. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
3. When You Can Request a Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of a payment if:
- You have not used a significant portion of your message credits (less than 10% of your plan's monthly allowance), and
- You contact us within 7 days of the charge.
We will also issue a full refund, regardless of usage, if:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period.
- A verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
- Your account was charged after you had already cancelled.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Because message credits are delivered digitally and consumed as you send, we cannot refund:
- Message credits that have already been used.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge.
- Charges where your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Meta's platform policies.
- Dissatisfaction with results (for example, how many people replied to your messages), as engagement depends on your audience and content.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current 30-day period, and you keep access to your remaining credits until then. You will not be billed again. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@miraxer.com with your account email and the reason for your request, or message us on WhatsApp at +92 305 4873885. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We will always try to resolve it directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
