Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Miraxer subscriptions. Miraxer is a trading name of Waseem Ahmad Khan, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. We want you to be happy with the service, and we handle every request fairly and promptly.

1. Free Trial First

Every new account receives 1,000 free messages, with no card required. We encourage you to use your free trial to make sure Miraxer is right for your business before you pay anything. This is the best way to avoid needing a refund at all.

2. Subscription Payments

Miraxer plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan gives you a set number of message credits for a 30-day period. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

Because message credits are delivered digitally and consumed as you send, we cannot refund:

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current 30-day period, and you keep access to your remaining credits until then. You will not be billed again. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We will always try to resolve it directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
