Miraxer is a software service that lets businesses connect their own Facebook Pages and send messages to people who have already messaged those Pages, using Facebook's official Messenger Platform. Miraxer is operated from Pakistan. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@miraxer.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely in encrypted form) when you register.
- Facebook data: when you connect a Facebook Page, we access the Page's basic details and the list of people who have messaged that Page, only as needed to provide the service. We access this through Facebook's official permissions, which you grant.
- Message content: the campaigns and messages you create and send through the platform.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as log data and device/browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Miraxer service.
- To let you connect Facebook Pages and send messages to your Page audience.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you service-related emails, including email verification and important notices.
- To protect the platform from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Facebook/Meta: to send messages through their official Messenger Platform, as you direct.
- Payment processor (Paddle): to handle payments securely.
- Service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities where required by law.
5. Facebook Data & Compliance
Our use of information received from Facebook APIs follows Facebook's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only use Facebook Page data to provide the messaging features you request, and we send messages using approved message tags in line with Facebook's rules. We do not use Facebook data for any purpose you have not authorised.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@miraxer.com. When you disconnect a Facebook Page, we stop accessing that Page's data.
7. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and secure hosting. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent to Facebook Page access at any time by disconnecting the Page in your dashboard or in your Facebook settings. To exercise any right, contact support@miraxer.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Miraxer is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Miraxer after changes means you accept the updated policy.
